Before you place your order, please read the following details:

- Our delivery time is between 3pm to 5pm

- Orders made before 2pm will be processed for delivery next working day

- Orders made after 2pm will be delivered within 3 working days

- Please ensure that there will be a recipient to collect your order

- To ensure our gelato is received in its best quality, there will be a

grace period of 10 mins upon arrival at your door

- A re-delivery fee of $18 will be chargeable

- Items sold will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable

- Do give a buffer of +/- 1 hour for the estimated time of arrival as we are working with an external courier company
